Look no further than London Shuffle Club this Valentines: the much loved London venue presents an alternative night out for you and your bae, and for groups of friends who are weary of romance and instead want to get lost in fun, food and booze at this Anti-Valentine’s Bottomless Supper.
On Thursday 14th February, you are invited to the central Shoreditch location to ditch the dickie bow and forget the flowers and, instead, head on down for a night full of playfulness. Fuelled by bottomless Prosecco, endless draught beers, handmade, wood-fired pizzas and delicious s’mores as well as a guaranteed minimum 30 minute shuffleboard session, all for £32.50. It will be a night for lovers who prefer mucking about and having a laugh to gazing into each other’s eyes as well as for groups on the run from stupid old cupid.
This addictive game is even more fun when you’re well fuelled by the offerings at the bar, be that bubbling Prosecco or tasteful draught beers. There will also be a range of pizzas on offer like you have never seen before, all hand rolled with homemade dough and stone baked using the freshest ingredients. These include the Bay of Pigs with Salami Picante, crisp and smoked bacon, the Lost in Tijuana with chilli beef, peppers, red Leicester and coriander, Earth Child with beetroot, thyme, rocket, red onions and basil or the Mac Day with mac n’ cheese, tarragon, smoked paprika and panko bread crumbs.
Once your shuffleboarding is over at 9pm, there’s music and several bars to explore and you can also mosey out onto the Winter Terrace. This is a welcoming and heated getaway where you can snuggle up with winter parasols, faux fur rugs, crackling fire pits, alpine themed decor and warming throws as well as the piece de resistance—s’mores. Popular in America they are made from roasted marshmallow and a layer of chocolate sandwiched between two pieces of graham cracker - a spicy, ginger delight from the States guaranteed to finish your night in feisty fashion.
